Is dandruff affecting your hair growth?  If you nodded along in agreement, it is dandruff which is bothering you. Well, you’re not alone.

Dandruff is the scaly white or greyish flakes of dead skin cells, particularly of the scalp skin that makes it dry. This condition is marked by excessive shedding of such flakes and is, usually, accompanied by itching, which can be due to an overgrowth of a yeast-like fungus called Malassezia.

There are two types of dandruff. Here, we list them.

  1. Dandruff occurring due to the dryness of the scalp.
